Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the assigned territory (Bali).
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new dental clinics, hospitals, and distributors to expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dentists, clinic managers, and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to educate clients on the benefits of our dental solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to organize promotional events, trade shows, and webinars.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and expense documentation.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in dental/medical sales or B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a territory-based role.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) and occasionally to other regions.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of dental products, equipment, or industry trends is a plus.
