As our Company Nurse, you will be the first point of contact for employee health concerns, ensuring a safe and healthy workplace. You will collaborate with management to implement health programs, conduct regular health assessments, and provide immediate care when needed. Responsibility
- Provide immediate first aid and medical assistance to employees in case of injuries or illnesses.
- Conduct regular health check-ups and screenings to monitor employee well-being.
- Develop and implement workplace health and safety programs in compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all employees.
- Collaborate with management to create emergency response plans and conduct drills.
- Educate employees on health and wellness topics through workshops and training sessions.
- Manage and restock first aid kits and medical supplies.
- Liaise with external healthcare providers for referrals and follow-ups when necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Valid nursing license in Indonesia or eligibility to obtain one.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational health, clinical nursing, or a related field.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in using medical equipment and maintaining electronic health records.
- Familiarity with workplace health and safety regulations in Indonesia.
