Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in inpatient wards, ICU, emergency departments, or operating theatres.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and implement care plans as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Assist in emergency medical procedures and provide critical care support in high-pressure situations.
- Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care, medication management, and health promotion.
- Ensure a safe and sterile environment in clinical settings, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training to stay updated with best practices in nursing.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license and registration with the relevant nursing board.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in inpatient care, ICU, emergency medicine, or operating theatres.
- Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, and emergency response.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations with professionalism.
- Commitment to patient safety, ethical standards, and continuous learning.
