Responsibility
- Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions using proven methodologies (e.g., CBT, DBT, or psychodynamic approaches).
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to clientsâ mental health needs.
- Assess and diagnose mental health conditions through clinical evaluations and standardized tools.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (psychiatrists, social workers, and medical staff) to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Provide crisis intervention and support for clients in acute distress.
- Educate clients and families on coping strategies, mental wellness, and preventive care.
- Stay updated on best practices in therapy through continuous professional development.
Qualifications
- Masterâs or Bachelorâs degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field (licensed or eligible for licensure in Indonesia).
- Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience in therapy, counseling, or mental health support.
- Proficiency in English (fluent written and verbal); additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic frameworks (e.g., CBT, trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based therapies).
- Excellent active listening, empathy, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
