Responsibility
- Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess skin conditions, aesthetic goals, and medical history.
- Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures (e.g., Botox, fillers, laser treatments, PRP, thread lifts) with precision and safety.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs and expectations.
- Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to clinical protocols and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of dermatologists, nurses, and wellness specialists.
- Stay updated on latest trends, techniques, and technologies in aesthetic medicine.
- Uphold high ethical standards and prioritize patient safety and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in Indonesia (SIP).
- Proven experience (minimum 2+ years) in aesthetic medicine, preferably in a clinical or spa setting.
- Certification in aesthetic procedures (e.g., injectables, lasers, or cosmetic dermatology) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are advantageous.
