Responsibility
- Lead and manage the Clinical Research Department, including strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Design, implement, and oversee clinical research studies in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and industry partners to develop innovative research initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
- Mentor and train research staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Analyze and interpret research data, preparing reports and publications for peer-reviewed journals.
- Represent Mandaya Hospital Group at conferences, seminars, and industry events to promote research findings.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with funding agencies, pharmaceutical companies, and government bodies.
Qualifications
- Medical Doctor (MD) or PhD in a relevant field (e.g., Clinical Research, Pharmacology, Medicine).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical research, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of clinical research methodologies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
- Proven track record of managing clinical trials and securing research funding.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting is highly desirable.
- Certification in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) or related fields is preferred.
