Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in children.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs and goals.
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to improve articulation, fluency, vocabulary, and social communication skills.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic support for the child.
- Monitor and document progress, adjusting therapy approaches as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate families and caregivers on strategies to reinforce therapy goals at home.
- Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in speech-language pathology.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Valid certification or licensure as a Speech and Language Therapist in Indonesia.
- Proven experience working with children with speech and language disorders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with children, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children overcome challenges.
- Ability to create engaging and effective therapy materials.
- Familiarity with assistive technologies and augmentative communication methods is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
