Responsibility
- Accurately fill and dispense prescription medications and medical supplies as ordered by licensed physicians or doctors.
- Verify the accuracy of prescriptions, including dosage, drug interactions, and patient allergies, to ensure patient safety.
- Provide professional pharmaceutical advice and counseling to patients regarding medication usage, side effects, and storage.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date inventory of pharmaceuticals, including ordering, receiving, and storing medications in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to review and optimize medication therapies for in-patients and out-patients.
- Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international pharmacy laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Document all dispensed medications and patient interactions accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
- Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated on the latest pharmaceutical advancements and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (S.Farm) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Valid and active Pharmacist License in Indonesia (STR and SIP).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pharmacist in a hospital, clinic, or retail pharmacy setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, drug interactions, and therapeutic uses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency in using pharmacy management software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of medication dispensing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and ethics.
