Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records of pharmaceutical products, ensuring stock levels meet operational demands.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming pharmacy supplies, verifying quantities and expiration dates.
- Organize and label medications and medical supplies in accordance with healthcare and pharmacy regulations.
- Coordinate with pharmacy staff to monitor stock usage and place orders to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Assist in the preparation and packaging of medications for distribution to patients or healthcare departments.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and secure storage environment for all pharmaceutical products.
- Generate reports on inventory status, discrepancies, and supply needs for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in pharmacy inventory management, healthcare logistics, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, storage requirements, and handling procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management software or ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Basic understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards (e.g., GMP, GDP).
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Physical ability to lift and move supplies (up to 20 kg) as required.
