Responsibility
- Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures in accordance with established protocols and safety standards.
- Operate and maintain X-ray equipment, ensuring optimal performance and image quality.
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures, explaining the process and addressing any concerns to ensure comfort and cooperation.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to provide accurate and timely imaging results for diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and infection control protocols to protect patients, staff, and yourself.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of imaging procedures, patient information, and equipment maintenance.
- Assist in the training and supervision of junior staff or interns, as needed.
- Stay updated with advancements in radiography technology and best practices through continuous professional development.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Radiography, Medical Imaging, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Valid certification or licensure as a Radiographer (e.g., from the Indonesian Ministry of Health or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiographer or X-Ray Technician in a clinical or hospital setting.
- Proficiency in operating X-ray equipment and digital imaging systems.
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety protocols and infection control practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, physicians, and healthcare teams.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in imaging results.
