Responsibility
- Assist licensed pharmacists in dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including stock monitoring, ordering, and expiration date tracking.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and offering basic health advice.
- Ensure compliance with local and national pharmaceutical regulations and safety standards.
- Prepare and label medications and compounds as directed by pharmacists.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas in accordance with hygiene protocols.
- Process insurance claims and billing for prescription services.
- Participate in team training and continuous education to stay updated on pharmaceutical best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply—no prior experience required.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology, drug interactions, and dosage forms.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Bahasa Indonesia and English preferred).
