Responsibility
- Perform complex oral and maxillofacial surgeries, including extractions, implants, and corrective jaw surgeries.
- Diagnose and treat diseases, injuries, and defects affecting the mouth, jaws, teeth, and facial structures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
- Provide emergency dental and surgical care as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all medical and dental regulations and standards.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Educate patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene practices.
- Participate in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
Qualifications
- Active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) as a Dentist Specialist in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (DRG Sp.BM).
- Proven experience in performing oral and maxillofacial surgeries.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
