Responsibility
- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including injectables, laser therapies, and skin rejuvenation procedures.
- Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess needs, provide expert advice, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Ensure the highest standards of patient safety, care, and satisfaction in all procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine and integrate new techniques into practice.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive wellness and aesthetic solutions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with medical regulations.
- Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care to optimize results and minimize risks.
- Participate in marketing initiatives, such as workshops and social media campaigns, to promote services and attract new clients.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in Indonesia or eligibility to obtain one.
- Proven experience in aesthetic medicine, with a strong portfolio of successful treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with patients.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to precision, safety, and ethical practice.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with the latest aesthetic technologies and trends.
- Fluency in English; additional languages, particularly Bahasa Indonesia, are a plus.
