Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to diagnose musculoskeletal, neurological, and sports-related conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities like ultrasound or electrotherapy.
- Provide rehabilitation for post-surgical patients (e.g., ACL reconstruction, spinal surgeries, joint replacements).
- Educate patients on injury prevention, ergonomics, and home exercise programs to ensure long-term recovery.
- Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine doctors, and fitness trainers for integrated care.
- Document patient progress accurately using electronic health records (EHR) and adjust treatments as needed.
- Stay updated on latest physiotherapy techniques and incorporate them into practice.
- Participate in community outreach programs or workshops to promote health and wellness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid Indonesian physiotherapy license (STR) and membership with the Indonesian Physiotherapy Association (IFI).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in sports rehabilitation or orthopedics.
- Proven expertise in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities (e.g., dry needling, cupping, taping).
- Strong communication skills in English (fluent spoken and written) to serve international clients.
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced clinic environment.
- Passion for continuing education and staying current with industry trends.
- Familiarity with sports-specific rehabilitation (e.g., surfing, yoga, or golf injuries) is a plus.
