Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential participants for clinical research studies through outreach and networking.
- Conduct pre-screening assessments to ensure eligibility and provide clear information about study requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of participant interactions and recruitment progress.
- Collaborate with research teams to meet enrollment targets and timelines.
- Provide exceptional support to participants, addressing questions and concerns with professionalism.
- Assist in the development of recruitment strategies and materials.
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards in participant recruitment.
- Attend community events and health fairs to promote clinical research opportunities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Prior experience in recruitment, healthcare, or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with clinical research processes is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus.
