Responsibility
- Promote and present Xepa’s pharmaceutical products to private clinics, hospitals, and wholesalers in the assigned territory (Bali region).
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and clinic managers.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide product training and support to healthcare providers to ensure proper usage and understanding of benefits.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market feedback, and customer needs to the regional sales manager.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical representation, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with healthcare professionals.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with the Bali healthcare market is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory (valid driver’s license and own vehicle preferred).
