Responsibility
- Provide high-quality primary care to patients of all ages, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
- Conduct thorough medical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications and provide patient education on health maintenance, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies.
- Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
- Offer preventive care services, including vaccinations, health screenings, and lifestyle counseling.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide urgent care when necessary, ensuring patient stability and safety.
- Stay current with medical advancements, best practices, and industry standards through continuous professional development.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution, with a valid license to practice medicine in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a General Practitioner, with a strong background in family medicine or primary care.
- Excellent diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal) with strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and medical software for efficient documentation and workflow management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate, ethical, and committed to delivering culturally sensitive care to a diverse patient population.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is a plus.
