You will collaborate with HR and management to implement health policies, conduct health screenings, and respond to medical emergencies with professionalism and care.

Responsibility
- Provide daily outpatient consultations and primary healthcare services to employees within the scope of nursing practice.
- Conduct health screenings, assessments, and vaccinations as part of preventive care programs.
- Administer first aid and emergency care for workplace injuries or sudden illnesses.
- Develop and implement occupational health and safety policies in compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for all employee health interactions.
- Organize and lead health education workshops on topics such as hygiene, stress management, and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with HR to manage work-related illness cases and facilitate return-to-work programs.
- Monitor and restock first aid supplies and medical equipment to ensure readiness for emergencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license (preferably with experience in occupational health or corporate nursing).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with a focus on outpatient or emergency care.
- Strong knowledge of first aid, CPR, and basic life support (BLS) protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive medical information with discretion.
- Familiarity with workplace health and safety regulations in Indonesia.
- Proficient in medical documentation and record-keeping using digital tools.
