Responsibility
- Provide direct patient care including assessments, treatments, and evaluations in compliance with medical standards and hospital policies.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress, reporting any changes to the medical team.
- Assist in emergency situations by providing immediate care and coordinating with doctors and specialists.
- Educate patients and families on health management, post-treatment care, and preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment in compliance with infection control protocols.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid Indonesian Nursing License (STR) and SIP (Surat Izin Praktek).
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting (fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply).
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, medical terminology, and patient care techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact compassionately with patients and families.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
- Familiarity with EHR systems and basic computer skills.
