Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the medical and healthcare sectors in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
- Present and demonstrate medical products, highlighting their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that address client needs and challenges.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and medical conferences to expand network and brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or a similar role (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of medical products, terminology, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
