Responsibility

- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, managing the clinic's calendar efficiently.
- Assist in dispensing medication under the supervision of medical staff.
- Handle payment collections and process transactions with precision.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and clinical spaces.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and managing patient documents.
- Assist medical staff with basic clinical tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in healthcare administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in a clinical or administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and clinic management software.
