Responsibility
- Assist in dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and offering guidance on medication usage.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, stocking, and organizing medications and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations and clinic policies.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with legal requirements.
- Assist in preparing and labeling medications for distribution.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization in the pharmacy workspace.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification.
- Valid SIPTTK/STRA (Indonesian Pharmacist License).
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and inventory management.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
