Responsibility
- Lead and manage all daily clinic operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive clinic growth, profitability, and patient satisfaction.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance management to maintain a high-performing team.
- Optimize patient flow, appointment scheduling, and service delivery for maximum efficiency and care quality.
- Manage financial budgets, revenue streams, and cost controls to ensure sustainable operations.
- Foster strong patient relationships through exceptional service, feedback systems, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with dental professionals to integrate best practices in clinical and administrative workflows.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, patient metrics, and operational performance to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinic or healthcare management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage P&L, budgets, and financial forecasting in a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate teams.
- Familiarity with dental clinic operations, EHR/EMR systems, and compliance standards (e.g., ISO, local regulations).
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure environments.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Passion for patient care and a commitment to continuous improvement in service delivery.
