Responsibility

  • Provide empathetic and professional support to patients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their questions and concerns about medical cannabis treatments.
  • Educate patients on product options, dosage guidelines, and proper usage to ensure safe and effective treatment.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers, dispensaries, and internal teams to facilitate smooth patient onboarding and ongoing care.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare, customer service, or a related field, with a focus on patient support or advocacy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage patient records and coordinate care effectively.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, patient confidentiality (HIPAA), and healthcare compliance standards.
