Responsibility
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital policies and healthcare standards.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress accurately in electronic health records.
- Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and post-treatment care.
- Maintain a safe and clean healthcare environment by adhering to infection control protocols.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide critical care when necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid Nursing License (STR) from the Indonesian Ministry of Health or equivalent international certification.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or community healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, medical terminology, and patient care techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic medical equipment.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to ethical nursing practices.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
