Responsibility
- Perform a full range of diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays and other modalities, adhering to strict clinical protocols.
- Ensure high image quality to support accurate diagnostic interpretation by radiologists.
- Maintain optimal radiation safety standards for patients, staff, and yourself at all times.
- Manage patient bookings and prepare patients for procedures with a professional and compassionate demeanor.
- Perform regular maintenance and quality assurance checks on imaging equipment to ensure peak performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with medical data privacy regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with the medical team, including nurses and doctors, to ensure seamless patient workflows.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Radiography or Diagnostic Imaging from a recognized institution.
- Must possess a valid practicing certificate from the relevant health authority.
- Fresh graduates with a passion for excellence are encouraged to apply (Junior level).
- For Mid-level candidates, at least 2-3 years of relevant clinical experience is preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of radiation safety, anatomy, and positioning techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain procedures to patients clearly and empathetically.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute to a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and keeping abreast of new imaging technologies.
