Responsibility
- Admit, assess, and monitor inpatients according to hospital protocols and medical standards.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Provide compassionate and patient-centered care, ensuring comfort and emotional support.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including vital signs, progress notes, and care plans.
- Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare staff to deliver comprehensive care.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and escalate critical situations as needed.
- Uphold infection control and hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (S.Kep) or equivalent; valid Indonesian Nursing License (STR).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inpatient care, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Strong clinical skills, including IV therapy, wound care, and patient assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is a plus.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical terminology.
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
