Responsibility
- Assist dentists during clinical procedures, ensuring all instruments and materials are prepared and sterilized.
- Greet and escort patients to treatment rooms, providing a warm and professional experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans.
- Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene best practices.
- Manage inventory of dental supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with clinic hygiene and safety protocols, including infection control standards.
- Schedule patient appointments and coordinate follow-up care.
- Support administrative tasks, such as billing, insurance claims, and front-desk operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Dental Assisting, Nursing, or a related healthcare field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental clinic or healthcare setting (fresh graduates with strong interest are encouraged to apply).
- Familiarity with dental terminology, instruments, and basic procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and team members.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in record-keeping and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., patient management software, Microsoft Office).
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
