Responsibility
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and other radiologic examinations.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
- Operate and maintain radiologic equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to interpret imaging results.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to radiation safety protocols and guidelines.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff as needed.
- Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Radiography or a related field.
- Valid certification or license to practice as a Radiographer.
- Proven experience in performing diagnostic imaging procedures.
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety and imaging techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to patient care.
- Familiarity with medical imaging software and equipment.
