Responsibility
- Operate and maintain rack cable systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Inspect, test, and troubleshoot cable connections and configurations to meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and logistics workflows.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations for cable management and installation.
- Document and report any issues, discrepancies, or maintenance needs to supervisors.
- Assist in the setup, reorganization, and optimization of cable racks and related infrastructure.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure longevity and reliability.
- Work in shift patterns to support 24/7 operations and meet production deadlines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in cable management, manufacturing, or logistics operations.
- Familiarity with rack systems, cable installation, and industrial equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions precisely.
- Physical stamina to handle manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of safety standards and workplace regulations in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, shift-based setting.
- Good communication skills in English to coordinate with colleagues and supervisors.
- Willingness to undergo training and adapt to new technologies and processes.
