Responsibility
- Accurately pack and sort cable ties and electrical components according to specified quantities by weight or count.
- Inspect products for defects or inconsistencies before packaging to ensure quality control.
- Label and organize packed items for efficient inventory management and shipment preparation.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for packaging, including safety and handling guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold workplace safety and efficiency.
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing targets and deadlines.
- Record and update inventory data in the system as needed.
Qualifications
- No formal education required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills to read instructions and measure quantities.
- Physical ability to lift and move boxes (up to 15-20 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate sorting and packing.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to scheduled shifts.
- Prior experience in warehouse, packing, or manufacturing is a plus but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools (e.g., scales, labelers) is advantageous.
