Responsibility
- Perform daily inventory control and stock monitoring to ensure accuracy and availability of products.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
- Update and maintain inventory databases, ensuring all entries are accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate with the backup store team to manage stock transfers, replenishments, and emergency supply requests.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends, shortages, or excess stock.
- Assist in the implementation of inventory management best practices to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to streamline order fulfillment processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related field.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal) for effective team coordination.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Physical stamina to perform stock counts, lift items, and work in a warehouse environment.
- Basic understanding of supply chain logistics and manufacturing processes is a plus.
