Responsibility
- Conduct research and development activities to innovate and improve existing products and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and analyze new materials and formulations.
- Prepare and present technical reports, documentation, and findings to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of prototypes and pilot-scale production for validation.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, scientific literature, and technological advancements.
- Support the optimization of manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative solutions to technical challenges.
- Adhere to safety, quality, and compliance standards in all R&D activities.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, or a related field (graduating in 2026).
- Strong academic background with a focus on research, experimentation, or product development.
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques, data analysis, and scientific software/tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate in a multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and quality control processes is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced R&D setting.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
