Responsibility
- Design, develop, and optimize chemical processes for biomass conversion, solid fuel utilization, and combustion systems.
- Conduct Laser Testing (LAS) and Feedstock Characterization to analyze material properties and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve boiler and combustion equipment efficiency and reliability.
- Develop and implement process simulations, modeling, and experimental validation for R&D projects.
- Monitor and evaluate process parameters to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Identify and troubleshoot process inefficiencies, proposing innovative solutions to enhance productivity.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in chemical and process engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in R&D, chemical process development, or combustion engineering.
- Proven expertise in biomass, solid fuels, boiler systems, or combustion equipment.
- Hands-on experience with Laser Testing (LAS) and Feedstock Characterization techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in process simulation tools (e.g., Aspen Plus, COMSOL).
- Familiarity with environmental regulations, safety protocols, and industry standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM).
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (if applicable) and adapt to a fast-paced R&D environment.
