Responsibility
- Monitor and optimize BarFab and DieFab processes to maximize yield, efficiency, and product quality.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, process deviations, and yield issues using root-cause analysis (RCA) methodologies.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements, including parameter adjustments, tooling modifications, and workflow enhancements.
- Conduct routine inspections, calibration, and preventive maintenance on fabrication equipment to ensure operational reliability.
- Document process data, deviations, and corrective actions in compliance with ISO and internal quality standards.
- Support the introduction of new processes, materials, or technologies through testing, validation, and scaling.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices, safety protocols, and process specifications.
- Adhere to EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) guidelines and promote a culture of workplace safety.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor, precision manufacturing, or a similar high-tech fabrication environment.
- Hands-on experience with process troubleshooting, yield enhancement, and continuous improvement (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
- Proficiency in using metrology tools, inspection equipment, and process control software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data and generate actionable insights.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other quality management systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to document procedures and report findings clearly.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
