Responsibility
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on Car Electronics testing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues in testing machines, implementing timely repairs.
- Collaborate with production teams to monitor machine performance and address any operational inefficiencies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, spare parts usage, and equipment history.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards during all maintenance operations.
- Conduct regular inspections and calibration of testing equipment to uphold quality and precision standards.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery, providing technical support as needed.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance, preferably within the automotive or electronics manufacturing industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and PLC programming.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with predictive maintenance techniques and condition monitoring tools.
- Certification in occupational health and safety (e.g., OSHA) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
