Responsibility
- Monitor and supervise on-site electrical construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate material deliveries, equipment installation, and hoisting operations to maintain project schedules.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with electrical codes, quality standards, and client requirements.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and optimize resource allocation.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and progress reports for stakeholders and management.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential delays, cost overruns, or safety hazards.
- Ensure all electrical systems are tested, commissioned, and handed over with full documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and on-site personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; professional certification (e.g., P.Eng, PE) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical construction, project management, or a similar role.
- Proven expertise in interpreting electrical blueprints, load calculations, and system designs.
- Strong knowledge of local and international electrical codes (e.g., NEC, IEC, SNI).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to evolving project scopes.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
