Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Take and process orders accurately using POS systems and relay them to the kitchen team.
- Prepare and assemble food items, including banh mi sandwiches, beverages, and sides, following standardized recipes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including front-of-house areas, counters, and dining tables.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and provide receipts with a high degree of accuracy.
- Assist in restocking supplies, rotating inventory, and ensuring all ingredients are fresh and readily available.
- Collaborate with team members to manage peak hours efficiently and uphold service standards.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service or retail environment (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented setting and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
