Responsibility
- Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction and ERSS projects.
- Conduct quantity takeoffs and analyze project specifications to ensure accuracy in cost projections.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to monitor project progress, costs, and timelines.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Review and approve invoices, variations, and claims to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
- Provide risk assessment and mitigation strategies for potential cost overruns or delays.
- Support the preparation of tender documents, bids, and proposals for new projects.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all project activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost control, or project management within the construction industry.
- Proven experience with ERSS (Electrical & Refrigeration System Solutions) projects is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., Candy, WinQS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations, standards, and best practices in Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
