Responsibility
- Oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to align project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor on-site activities, including safety compliance, material procurement, and workforce allocation.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to senior management.
- Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly and implement corrective actions to minimize delays.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship and adherence to design specifications.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Diploma holders with extensive experience may also apply.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction project supervision or management, preferably in the Southeast Asian market.
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction documents.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD) is a plus.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Indonesia is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
