Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality and adherence to timelines.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Lead and mentor on-site teams to foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Construction Manager or similar role in large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with Bali’s construction industry and local regulations is a plus.
- Certification in construction management or related fields is advantageous.
