Responsibility
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for construction projects.
- Support senior quantity surveyors in conducting quantity take-offs and cost planning activities.
- Participate in site visits to monitor progress, verify measurements, and assess variations.
- Assist in reviewing and analyzing contractor submissions, including quotations and progress claims.
- Help prepare interim valuations, final accounts, and financial reports for projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of project costs, variations, and correspondence.
- Contribute to the preparation of risk assessments and value engineering proposals.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of construction principles, cost estimation, and contract administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, Buildsoft, or AutoCAD) is a plus.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with team members and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
