Responsibility
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects using SMP standards.
- Conduct thorough quantity take-offs and material cost analysis.
- Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Monitor project expenditures and provide regular financial reports.
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to secure competitive pricing.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Assist in risk assessment and mitigation strategies for project budgets.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of SMP and other measurement standards.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
