You will manage the entire tendering process while maintaining high-precision technical drawings. Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end tendering process, including preparation of BQ and tender documentation.
- Produce high-quality technical drawings for interior design and A&A projects.
- Conduct site measurements, progress claims, and variations tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal design teams to ensure project specifications are met.
- Analyze project costs, identify budget variances, and propose cost-saving solutions without compromising design quality.
- Perform material take-offs and finalize sub-contractor payments.
- Ensure all documentation complies with statutory regulations and internal quality standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or Drafting within the construction or ID industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent drafting software.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement procedures, and market rates.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret complex blueprints and design specifications accurately.
- Highly organized, meticulous with numbers, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
