Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction projects.
- Manage and administer contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and verify measurements and quantities.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best prices and terms.
- Maintain accurate records of project costs, variations, and financial transactions.
- Provide financial advice and risk assessments to support project decision-making.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Contract Executive in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with local construction laws and standards in Indonesia is a plus.
