Aneka Bena MN is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic construction team in Bali. This role is pivotal in ensuring cost-effective and efficient project delivery across our high-profile developments in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing project budgets, preparing cost estimates, and ensuring financial accuracy throughout the construction lifecycle. Your expertise will contribute to the successful execution of residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects while maintaining compliance with industry standards and client expectations.

Responsibility
- Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction projects.
- Conduct material takeoffs and analyze project specifications to determine resource requirements.
- Negotiate with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and terms.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints while maintaining quality standards.
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, and billing statements in compliance with legal and company policies.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to optimize cost efficiency and value engineering.
- Perform risk assessments and provide cost-saving recommendations without compromising project integrity.
- Maintain accurate records of project costs, variations, and financial transactions for auditing and reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Proficient in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, Candy, or similar) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Project).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
