Responsibility

- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Manage project documentation, reports, and stakeholder communications.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
- Lead project meetings and provide progress updates to senior management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in precast construction or project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations in Indonesia.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
