Responsibility
- Coordinate installation schedules, manpower, equipment, and materials with Install Managers and Sales Teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Secure necessary permits and ensure full compliance with local, national, and international HVAC regulations and safety standards.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and vendors to clarify project requirements, resolve issues, and maintain strong working relationships.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on status, risks, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, work orders, and as-built drawings.
- Optimize resource allocation to minimize costs while maintaining high-quality standards and client satisfaction.
- Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility, identify potential challenges, and propose effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to project sites.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications in HVAC systems are a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in HVAC installation coordination, project management, or a similar role within the construction or engineering industry.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation processes, and industry best practices.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and tools like AutoCAD or Revit.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with local building codes, permits, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating project risks.
