Responsibility
- Lead and manage electrical installation projects from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Oversee project teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, to ensure efficient coordination and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with local and international electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, financial tracking, and risk assessments, to senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure project requirements are met.
- Implement cost-control measures and optimize resource allocation to maximize project profitability.
- Mentor and train junior staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE) is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, installation techniques, and industry best practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on safety and quality.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and tools for budgeting and scheduling.
- Familiarity with local regulations and permitting processes in Bali and Indonesia.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members effectively.
