Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment and compliance with specifications.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using industry-standard tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial performance, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project delays or disruptions.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards, including local building codes and environmental regulations.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure clear communication and project transparency.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial summaries, and post-project evaluations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, contract administration, and cost estimation.
- Familiarity with sustainable construction practices and green building certifications (e.g., LEED) is advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable.
